| This high-tensile hex bolt firmly clamps the oil pump housing, spacer plate and engine block together. It fixes the lubrication oil pump assembly to the engine crankcase, maintaining precise alignment of internal oil gears, oil passages and sealing gaskets during long-hour heavy-load operation. It eliminates component shifting caused by engine vibration and torque impact. |
| 2. Gasket Sealing & Prevent Fluid Leakage |
| By applying consistent clamping pressure on the oil pump gasket, the bolt blocks gaps between joint surfaces. It stops engine lubricant oil leakage from the oil pump mounting interface, avoids insufficient system oil pressure, and prevents external dirt or air from entering the closed lubrication circuit. Stable oil supply to crankshaft, pistons and bearings is guaranteed. |

| Manufactured with 12.9 grade alloy steel, the bolt endures continuous engine heat, high-frequency vibration and alternating mechanical loads. | 4. Ensure Lubrication System Reliability to Protect Whole Engine |
| The oil pump driven by this bolt-fixed assembly supplies pressurized lubricating oil to all moving engine parts. If the bolt fails (loosens or breaks), the oil pump will dislocate, leading to oil starvation, severe wear of crankshaft bearings, piston seizure or permanent engine breakdown. This bolt is a critical safety fastener for the engine lubrication circuit. |
